We perform multiple tube manufacturing operations including flaring, flanging, bending, expanding, piercing, swaging and stamping in house. We proudly offer maximum tube component production flexibility, thanks to a strategic combination of feature-rich custom and standard equipment. Our made-to-order rotary indexing cells can process multiple features into a tube, thus producing complex parts more efficiently. We also utilize in-house CNC machining/turning centers; stamping presses to pierce and swage; wire EDM to process slots and tip configurations, and more. We can laser mark tubing with logos, graphics, serial numbers, or data matrices.
Our Quality Assurance Department helps plan and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure critical specifications are met, from first piece to final inspection, as well as in process data collection. All operations are optimized to meet strict customer specifications.
All tooling, fixtures, and gauges used to form tubular components are designed by our engineering team and built by our experienced toolmakers. We also use our tool & die maintenance department to provide regular service programs for all tools, ensuring all tubular production components run to spec for the long term.
Materials – We work with tubing made of materials including stainless steel, steel, and aluminum. We source raw metal tubing from certified domestic suppliers and qualified global suppliers. All of our tubing facilitates the best formability and highest quality parts traceable to the American Bureau of Standards.
