  • In house tool design and verification, product development

Overview

For more than 40 years, we have been manufacturing precision metal stamped components for leading global manufacturers. Our experienced engineers and skilled machine operators solve difficult stamping challenges that other suppliers have found impossible. From precision surgical devices and dental tools to fuel cell and aerospace components, our team has served practically every industry where precision is non-negotiable, ensuring that every program results in the same high level of stamping quality and consistency. We offer turnkey solutions, from in house tool design and product development, through manufacturing and delivery.

Capabilities

Our metal stamping process includes progressive stamping, compound stamping, and blanking. We run more than 35 power presses, with tonnage ranges from 28T to 300T and a 600T coining press. We handle complex, high precision parts with the use of our presses with large bed sizes which allow us to run very complex progressive stamping dies.

In addition to blanking, piercing, forming, insertion, drawing, and coining, we also provide secondary operations to achieve features otherwise not possible in the stamping cycle. These include wire EDM, CNC machining, grinding, and CNC milling of stampings.

Additional part enhancements can be applied as required, this can include tumbling, heat treating, surface finishing, polishing, plating, cleaning and more.

Dimensions and Materials – We are able to precisely stamp components with thicknesses from .0005″ to .5″. Our 300-ton Minster Press boasts a bed size of 108″ by 42″. We work with stainless steel, cold rolled steel, aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and other alloys. All material is sourced from trusted suppliers.

Industries and Applications

We stamp custom components for a variety of industries including medical, automotive, aerospace, defense, electronics, industrial, and consumer. These precision parts and assemblies are used for many applications including surgical instruments, medical equipment, automotive interiors, automotive systems, propulsion systems, weapons systems, HVAC systems, alternative energy generation, control systems, valve systems, and much more.
